What should I wear to my first session?
For yoga, wear flexible clothing that lets you move freely. For massage therapy, choose loose, comfortable clothes—ideally ones you don’t mind getting a bit of oil on. I provide professional draping and full privacy for dressing. Spiritual coaching sessions are relaxed and can be done in your everyday attire.
How long is a standard appointment?
Most of our sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle into the space and enjoy a moment of quiet reflection before we begin.
Do I need prior experience for yoga?
Not at all. I welcome beginners only. Each class is tailored with modifications to ensure everyone finds their holistic alignment.
